This nearly circular softbox has 32 sides to make for beautiful round catchlights while softening and diffusing light for that wrap-around look you're going for.
It is very large at 150cm across. Most people in the US would call it 5 feet. It's actually 59", but what's an inch between friends? This large size makes for incredible coverage and we love it for larger sets or full-body shots. Note that it is a pretty deep box at 31.5", which means pretty sharp falloff on the edges.
In addition to the inner diffuser baffle, you get two front diffusion options: 1.5 and 2.5 stops. And as if that weren't enough, you also get a 40° fabric grid that easily attaches to the front of the light. As with all Aputure accessories, this one is a Bowens mount, and the speedring is built in.
