When you want to hang big lights (the ones with Junior pins rather than baby pins) from speedrail, truss, pipe, rails, grids, or other rigging, you'll need this clamp in order to mount it.
Like most things from Matthews, it is very well engineered and manufactured to hold a huge amount of weight.
Simply clamp it around any rail or pipe (as small as 1.5" or up to 2" in outside diamter), insert the junior pin from your fixture, secure everything with a safety cable (not included, but ask us about them), and you're good to go.
Remember to rent these whenever you're hanging a large light rather than putting it on a stand.
