The Sony VG-C3EM battery grip allows for two more FP-NZ100 batteries to be used with the A7RIII while also improving vertical shooting ergonomics. The additional size and stability also pay off when using large telephoto lenses which might feel awkward when using on a small, lightweight mirrorless body.
This Battery Grip will only work with the Sony A7 III, A7r III, and A9. This grip WILL NOT work with the Sony A7s III.
